Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
It is important to us that we ship your products in the most efficient, cost effective manner. If you are purchasing several items, please send us an email so that we can accurately quote the shipping charges based on the cost effective packaging and shipping method.
All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, Once we have delivered your package to the shipping company (USPS) it is no longer in our control. Damage due to shipping:
We are not able to reimburse for damage that occurs during shipping. We make every effort to wrap our products in protective layers, cushioning or boxes to make certain you receive your purchase in perfect shape.
If damage does occur during shipping, you can file a claim with the post office by accessing the USPS website: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item should arrive damaged or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product to request a replacement item. You will need to provide us with your order number as well as photos of your product and any additional information describing the nature of the problem. As noted above, if the package was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper directly for information on how to file a damage claim.
Once we review your request, we will contact you to discuss replacement or refund.
