The Effects of Hot Weather on Our Candle Products:
Crafted With A Purpose is not responsible for shipments left in a hot mailbox or on a porch, subsequently being exposed to high temperatures for any period of time. As a result, refunds and/or replacements will not be issued.
Our packaging is designed to ensure our products can withstand the rigors of shipping and therefore, most of our products are not effected by the normal temperatures associated with transit.
However, during periods of hot weather, please be sure to ship to an address where you will be available to receive the delivery timely. Also, please remember to follow the shipping updates emailed to you and be sure to pick up your package the day it is delivered!
